Keep Yourself Healthy & Strong!
Beginning March 22, Melissa will teach a weekly 15 minute live streaming movement/exercise/workout on a private page just for you! If you cannot make the live stream, you can re-watch it as many times as you like each week for a month as it will be recorded for your convenience.
This is an offering for you to keep your immune system healthy and strong by moving everyday for at least 15 minutes. Stress levels go down, sleep is better, and your body is stronger when you work out at least 15 minutes per day. You can do each weekly workout as many times as you like!
You will receive 6 classes March 22-April 30! You can join anytime!
